Is the system ever going to come online?

Just wondering, because as of right now there is no real purpose at all that this place serves aside from a backup RHQ (and seriously, how often have we needed that?).
If anybody notices this in the next week, or month...or year...could the roleplaying system be implemented?

And if it does, I'll implement the roleplaying system.
